## About this site

Lives of the Saints (livesofthesaintscalendar.com) is the home of the Orthodox Calendar Company, a family-run publisher that has produced annual Orthodox calendars since 1995. We ship calendars, books, prayer ropes, icons, and devotional gifts to more than 30 countries.

Our work is built on four principles:
- Both calendars, one Church — every feast is marked under both Julian and Revised Julian reckonings
- Living tradition, not history — the saints are companions, not footnotes
- Made in small, honest runs — no throwaway print, no dropshipping
- Every order funds the work — no ads, no data sales

## What we publish

1. **The Calendar** — 384 pages, one saint each day, with gospel readings, fasting guidance, and the wisdom of the Fathers. Thirty-one annual editions.
2. **The Shop** — Books, icons, cards, and gifts selected the way a monastery bookstore would stock them.
3. **The App** — Daily readings, the full Daily Office, the fasting rule, and Ask the Fathers across the Philokalia and patristic classics.
